Guarantee & Return Policy
Before returning any item, you must call Spoiled Rotten Pet Boutique for a return request authorization number. If you have any questions regarding the return or exchange of an item, please call our office. You may return or exchange merchandise in new condition, with original packaging. We will not accept used or damaged items as Returns. Any items returned must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. SORRY, NO ACCEPTIONS!
To return an item, send the item along with the return request authorization number, the original invoice, all the original tags and packaging and an explanation of why the item is being returned. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable.
Quick Delivery!
We do our best to ship all in stock orders within 1 to 2 business days, pending authorization and verification of your credit card. Backorders are rare, but occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock, resulting in a brief delay. Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders; handling, packaging and shipping products to you together with overhead expenses. Oversized packages may require additional shipping charges.

U.S. and Canadian Orders:
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (subject to stock availability and credit card verification). Orders shipping to the contiguous US and Hawaii normally arrive within 7 business days. Orders shipping to Canada normally arrive in Canadian Customs within 7 business days. We ship by United States Postal Service to physical addresses only. We also offer expedited service. Recipient is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
